Cancellation fees are based on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made: more than 11 days before is fully refundable; 8-10 days before incurs a 20% fee; 2-7 days before, a 30% fee; 1 day before, a 40% fee; and on the day of the tour, a 50% fee.
