Each sake represents a different style, including Sparkling, Daiginjo, Honjozoshu, Nigorizake, and a special pure rice sake. To complete this sensory experience, culinary researcher Kuniko Kikuchi will prepare five dishes that perfectly accentuate the flavors of these sakes. What types of sake will I be tasting during the experience?
You will taste five different types of sake: sparkling, daiginjo, honjozoshu, nigorizake, and a special pure rice sake. Each has been carefully selected from different regions to showcase the variety and complexity of Japanese sake.
