The Azuki Museum is a specialized cultural museum in Himeji, Japan, dedicated entirely to the azuki bean, a small red legume fundamental to Japanese cuisine. It was established in 2016 by Maruzen Shokuhin, a Japanese confectionery company, to educate visitors about the historical, cultural, and culinary significance of azuki beans, which have been used in Japanese cooking and traditional sweets for over 2,000 years.
