Ans: Understanding that plans can sometimes change, we have a tiered cancellation policy: If a cancellation is made 2 days or less before the event, we charge a 100% cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made 5 days or less before the event, a 50% fee is applied, and if the cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the event, a 20% fee is charged.
