小牧长久手之战中，城主丹羽氏站在家康一边，试图阻止羽柴军从四面八方向冈崎进军，三百人与七千人激战，落入城下。不过，通过争取时间，家康的主力追上了城堡，影响了接下来的战斗。天守阁是一座模拟塔楼，但给人一种城堡的感觉，还是蛮值得一看的。真正的城堡遗迹有不少，但由于城堡周围的面积不是很大，所以可以在相对较短的时间内探索它们。有免费停车场，还可以免费进入模拟天守阁展望塔和历史博物馆。

从停车场前往岩崎城的话，可以看到通往干涸的护城河、二之丸梅出的水金窟以及土方工程和水井遗址的散步道。从另一边看去，背后有一块巨大的石碑，上面写着“岩崎城”，拾级而上，就能看到城门和天守阁，建筑很酷。穿过大门，就是一个广场，可以从各个方向任意进攻，无一例外，虽然很小，但也是一座充满乐趣的城堡😊 历史上，根据岩崎城历史纪念馆的资料，16岁的城主丹羽曾参加过桥场秀吉（后来的丰臣秀吉）与织田信夫联军的小牧长久手之战。德川家康在“岩崎城之战”中的英勇作战，据说是德川家取得胜利的催化剂。（从政治上来说，信夫被秀吉包围了，很难说谁赢了……）您可以在岩崎城历史纪念馆和岩崎城内部了解岩崎城及其周边地区的历史。其他地方每个人要收500日元左右的入场费，不过是免费的😳 而且，城印在其他城堡要300日元以上，而岩崎城却要200日元。多么良心的城堡啊！
