TOKYO CITY VIEW: Located at 52F Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, 6-10-1 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan. Show your electronic voucher at the “Museum & Observatory Tickets / Information” counter on the tower's 3rd floor. Remember to have internet access for voucher presentation. Operating hours are from 10:00-22:00 with last admission at 21:30.
Tokyo Subway Ticket: Collect your paper ticket at Tokyo Metro/Toei Metro Subway stations' vending machines. Some stations may not have these machines; ask staff for directions if needed. Instructions and exchange locations are in the attached PDFs.
Pre-school kids (ages 4-6) require an admission ticket for TOKYO CITY VIEW.
It's advisable to purchase tickets in advance due to possible high demand.
Students (from universities, vocational schools, and high schools) can avail of student tickets.
Reselling is strictly prohibited. Resold tickets are invalid.
No discounts are available for disability passbook holders.
TOKYO CITY VIEW: Follow the link in your post-purchase voucher, click "Use", and show the screen to the staff. Entry timings may slightly vary, and Sky Deck RF has a separate charge.
Tokyo Subway Ticket: Present the “QR code” upon collecting your paper ticket, either on a device or printed. Absence of the “QR code” means the voucher won't be valid.

Students availing student tickets must produce a valid ID.
TOKYO CITY VIEW Admission Ticket: Valid exclusively for the date and time mentioned during booking.
Tokyo Subway Ticket: Collectible within 12 months post-purchase. After collection, its validity will be printed. It's usable beyond the valid time if entered within the time frame but becomes invalid if unused within the specified time.
