A minimum of 25 participants is required for the tour to proceed.
This is a group tour and will be shared with other guests.
The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met 14 days before departure.
Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
The bus departs as per schedule and will not wait for late arrivals.
Heavy traffic or event days may lead to crowded conditions and possible delays.
The itinerary and visit durations may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
In case of natural disasters, such as typhoons, the tour will be canceled with a full refund.
E-vouchers will be sent via email and must be presented at the designated meeting point.
If the Gozaisho Ropeway is not operating due to weather, a refund for the ride fee will be provided, and Aqua Ignis will be offered as an alternative destination.
Wearing seatbelts is required while the bus is in motion, in compliance with safety regulations.
Smoking and standing while the bus is moving are strictly prohibited.
Items left on the bus will be disposed of, so please keep track of your belongings.
Guests are responsible for the safety of their valuables during the tour.
Notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions during booking, especially if meals are included.
