This pass is crafted especially for global travelers who aren't Japanese citizens but are in Japan to experience its rich culture and scenic beauty.
You should have a passport originating from any country other than Japan.
Your primary residence is outside Japan, and you're currently exploring Japan on a short-term visitor visa.
When you touch down in Japan, it's vital to get a "temporary visitor" notation on your passport. If you're using an automatic entry gate, don't hesitate to ask airport staff for assistance in obtaining this mark. Remember, you need to fulfill both these conditions to enjoy our pass.
Passport Presentation: While utilizing this pass, be prepared to present your passport to train conductors upon request.
Train Usage: This pass exclusively covers non-reserved seats on Limited Express and Local trains operated by JR Kyushu within specified zones. Note: Kyushu Shinkansen and Sanyo Shinkansen are exceptions.
Outside of JR: Transportation modes like Fukuoka city subway, Kitakyushu monorail, etc., are not covered under this pass.
Upgrades: Should you opt for a Reserved seat or Green car, additional charges apply.
Zone Limits: Traveling outside the designated zones with this pass will result in additional fees. Ensure you're within the allowed area to avoid extra charges.

As long as you ask for your money back before the day you planned to travel.
However, keep in mind that we'll hold back 10% of the pass value (in Japanese yen) for administrative reasons, and you'll receive the rest.

A heads-up: We can't replace the pass if it gets lost or if someone takes it.
Unfortunately, no refunds are available post-travel commencement.

No Shinkansen trains accept this pass.
The Hakataminami line is off the table.
Modes outside of JR lines, like the Fukuoka city subway and Kitakyushu monorail, don't recognize this pass.
Fancy a ride on the Cruise Train Seven Stars in Kyushu or JR Kyushu buses? This pass won't cover that.
