Children aged 0–5 travel free (up to two per paying adult) if they do not occupy a seat. From the third child onward, or if a child under 6 is traveling alone, a child ticket is required.
Skyliner trains are wheelchair- and stroller-accessible. Station staff are available to assist passengers with special needs.
In case of service suspension or delays of more than one hour, refunds are provided according to official railway rules.
Long lines may form at ticket machines and counters during peak hours, so please allow extra time.

Departure Stations: Narita Airport Terminal 1, Narita Airport Terminal 2–3, Nippori Station, Keisei Ueno Station.
From Narita Airport: 07:23 – 23:00 daily. (Time Table)
From Ueno/Nippori: 05:40 – 20:20 daily.
Direct, non-stop journey connects Narita Airport with downtown Tokyo in 36–41 minutes.
All seats are reserved, ensuring comfort and peace of mind.
Show your voucher with QR code (printed or displayed on a device).
QR code must be presented to exchange your voucher for a physical Skyliner ticket.
Outbound Ticket (Airport → Tokyo): Must be exchanged at Narita Airport stations. You’ll receive a boarding ticket for your outbound trip and an exchange ticket for your return.
Return Ticket (Tokyo → Airport): Must be exchanged at Ueno or Nippori stations before boarding. Tickets must be timed/reserved at the counter or vending machine.
For Skyliner bound for Narita Airport:
Keisei Ueno Station – Ticket Machine / Ticket Counter (5:10 am – 8:20 pm).
Nippori Station – Ticket Machine / JR Connection Counter (5:00 am – 11:30 pm).
For Skyliner bound for Ueno:
Narita Terminal 1 Station – Ticket Machine / Information Counter (7:00 am – 9:00 pm).
Narita Terminal 2–3 Station – Ticket Machine / Information Counter (7:00 am – 9:00 pm).
Note: Voucher exchange is not available at Aoto Station or Shin-Kamagaya Station.
E-tickets must be exchanged for physical tickets before boarding.
Physical tickets can only be collected on the date of travel selected.
No refunds once tickets are redeemed, except in the event of service suspension.
Refunds must be requested in person at Keisei counters with the original ticket and proof of purchase.
Tickets are not valid on Morningliner, Eveningliner, or Cityliner services.
Service is limited to non-Japanese passport holders (passport will be checked at redemption).
Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable; resold tickets will be invalid.
