In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be provided.
Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure, as the bus will leave on time.
Traffic, holidays, and busy event days may cause delays or congestion.
The schedule and duration of visits may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Tour activities include playing in the snow; bring suitable clothing and footwear.
Seatbelts must be worn on the bus, as required by law.
Smoking and standing while the bus is moving are strictly prohibited.
Keep your valuables safe; unclaimed items left on the bus will be disposed of.
Wear waterproof, warm clothing (e.g., ski wear), snow boots, gloves, and a hat.
Pack sunglasses, sunscreen, and a water bottle for extra comfort.
Rentals are available for waterproof clothing (limited stock) and boots (up to 30cm size). Bringing your own gear is recommended.
