Kimono Selection and Dressing (Optional)

Guests opting for the kimono experience will choose from a wide range of traditional garments. Our staff will assist you in dressing, ensuring you look your best and are comfortable for the ceremony.
Introduction to the Tea Ceremony
Duration: 10 minutes
In the authentic tea room, our knowledgeable tea master will introduce the history and significance of the Japanese tea ceremony. You'll learn about the different types of tea, utensils used, and the importance of each step in the ritual.
Tea Ceremony Performance
Duration: 20 minutes
Experience the traditional tea ceremony led by the tea master. You'll observe the precise and graceful movements as they prepare matcha tea. This segment includes a tasting of sweet treats paired with matcha, allowing you to savor the flavors in a traditional setting.
Matcha Preparation Lesson
Duration: 10 minutes
After watching the demonstration, it's your turn to make matcha tea. Our tea master will guide you through the process, explaining the proper techniques for using the utensils and whisking the tea. This hands-on experience gives you a deeper appreciation of the art.
Q&A and Closing
Duration: 10 minutes
The session concludes with a Q&A where you can ask any questions about the ceremony or Japanese tea culture. You'll have a chance to take photos and enjoy the temple's serene atmosphere before departing.
