The front desk staff who worked on 9th Sep, very bad of English. It’s 2025 now, there’re translation machine and many translation APP can use. Use one of them if you’re bad in English.
He kept put the hands up when he speak, very rude gesture and speaking.
Glad I wasn’t stay in that building, all the hotel buildings around this area belong to the same group company. It doesn’t mean you can be rude to anyone just ask a simple question in English. Hope the management team can see this feedback, unless they don’t care about foreign customers.
I’m strongly recommend another hotel Gotemba Kogen Tokinosumika next to it. The staff here very polite and willing to help you even their English aren’t great.
9月9日晚班的一位年轻男员工,英语差也不使用翻译机,听也听不懂,说也不会说,英语差就不要勉强自己说英语。在回答问题时态度恶劣,不断双手举起。对于一家如此规模的酒店而言,这样的服务态度不管在哪个国家都没见过,刷新了我对酒店员工的认知。希望管理层能看到此信息,加强对员工的培训,除非他们根本不在乎外国旅客。
非常推荐御殿场高原时之栖,隶属于同一集团公司,但是前台员工的态度非常和善,愿意帮你解决问题,即使他们的英语也不是特别好。
