




You can choose to return by Shinkansen or by bus. If choosing the bus, please select your drop-off point when booking.
For Shinkansen return, please book a train departing Odawara Station after 7:00 PM to allow enough time.
Large luggage (over 160 cm total) is not allowed in non-reserved Shinkansen seats.
The bus may stop at Hakone hotels for drop-offs if part of the group has overnight plans.
There may be a pickup stop at GINZA SIX, but passengers cannot get off there.
A smaller bus or private car may be used depending on group size.
The tour may be canceled if fewer than one participant is booked four days before the date.
Buses are cleaned regularly and safety checks are done before departure.
All staff wear masks and follow health and safety guidelines.
Itinerary may change due to traffic, road conditions, or weather.
Mt. Fuji may not be visible depending on the weather, but the tour will still take place.
On the Mt. Fuji Hill Climb day (usually in June), changes to the schedule are expected.
Lunch is included only if you choose the plan with meals.
During busy times, lunch items like fruit and coffee may be self-service.
Vegetarian and Muslim-friendly meals are available with advance notice (not halal certified).
Meals for allergies or gluten-free diets are not available—please book without lunch if needed.

A free app is available for audio commentary at tour stops. Wi-Fi is available at the meeting point for setup.

Meet at the JTB Sunrise Tours Sales Office on the 3rd floor of Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku. Staff will assist you with check-in and guide you to the departure bus.
Travel up to the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji, located 2,300 meters above sea level. Take in the crisp mountain air and enjoy panoramic views, often above the clouds.
Enjoy a peaceful cruise across the serene waters of Lake Ashi, surrounded by forested mountains and—on clear days—a view of Mt. Fuji reflected on the surface.
Board the ropeway to Mt. Komagatake’s summit. Once at the top, enjoy stunning views of the Hakone area and, weather permitting, Mt. Fuji in the distance.
Take a break in the Hakone-en area. Depending on your tour selection, enjoy a traditional sukiyaki lunch with seasonal fruit and coffee. Free time to explore the surrounding park or shop for souvenirs.
The tour arrives at Odawara Station in the late afternoon. If you’ve selected the bullet train return, this is where your guide will assist you in boarding.
Those returning by bus will continue the journey back to Tokyo. Sit back and relax as the bus heads toward Shinjuku, arriving in the early evening.
