The total weight limit for passengers and baggage is 220kg; the maximum weight limit per seat is 110kg.
Baggage must be carried on the lap due to limited cargo space.
Flights may be canceled for safety reasons in adverse weather or unsuitable conditions, with a full refund (excluding bank transfer fees).
Flights depart with pilot approval and suitable weather conditions; changes to the departure date are allowed within the cancellation policy.
