Minnie was absolutely lovely. Very professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the particulars of Japanese cuisine, which she was happy to pass on. Minnie also acquainted us with the character of the areas of Tokyo which we were walking through. … and she cooks a mean wagyu. We had a great time…thank u very much
