• This experience is conducted entirely by vehicle, and guests aged seven and above may join the regular group tour.

• Families traveling with children under seven may participate by booking a private tour.

• Wildlife sightings vary depending on conditions, and viewing animals cannot be guaranteed.

• Guests who made their hotel booking after reserving the tour should note that KIKI Shiretoko Natural Resort is closed from November 4 to December 26 and may not be available as a meeting point.

• The tour runs for approximately one hour and thirty minutes, beginning at 20:00 until September and at 19:30 from October onward.

• Pick-up in the Utoro area is arranged about one hour before the tour begins, and drop-off is completed within an hour after the tour ends.

• The tour is confirmed to operate on scheduled dates and will proceed even with a single participant.

• Personal accident insurance is recommended for all guests.

Additional Information

• There are no restroom facilities available during the tour, so guests should prepare beforehand.

• Late arrival at the meeting location may result in missing the tour.

• Please avoid using mobile phones during the tour to maintain a safe and quiet environment.

• Mosquitoes are common from May to August, so wearing protective clothing that covers exposed skin is advised.

• Tours operate in rainy weather; guests should bring a rain jacket and waterproof pants. If conditions are deemed unsafe by the organizer, the tour may be canceled.

• Although most of the experience takes place inside the guide vehicle, brief outdoor stops may occur, so a warm jacket is recommended.

• The tour fee includes shuttle service, day tour participation, an English-speaking guide, and basic insurance.

• Food, drinks, and personal expenses not listed in the inclusions are not provided.
