Guests who made their hotel booking after reserving the tour should note that KIKI Shiretoko Natural Resort is closed from November 4 to December 26 and may not be available as a meeting point.
The tour runs for approximately one hour and thirty minutes, beginning at 20:00 until September and at 19:30 from October onward.
Pick-up in the Utoro area is arranged about one hour before the tour begins, and drop-off is completed within an hour after the tour ends.
The tour is confirmed to operate on scheduled dates and will proceed even with a single participant.

There are no restroom facilities available during the tour, so guests should prepare beforehand.
