Our full day Dynamic Tokyo Tour by Hato Bus offered so many experiences in a single day. We began the day with a visit to grounds of the Imperial Palace.
We proceeded to Asakusa for a matcha Tea Experience, learning about how the finest matcha tea is grown and produced, had a turn grinding the leaves and finally preparing and enjoying our own matcha tea. We then had a generous amount of time to individually explore Asakusa's many Buddhist and Shinto shrines.
After a fine buffet lunch (included in the tour) at the Hilton Hotel, we boarded a cruise of Tokyo Bay that included tea and some lovely livecvocals by songstress Yu Iwata. Our day concluded with an ascent to the top observation deck of Tokyo Tower.
Our guide, Atsushi, was wonderful, fun and full of fascinating details about Japan's history and culture at each of our stops and between them. He even sang the song "Sukiyaki" for us in Japanese! He is one of the very best guides we have ever had anywhere in the world.
We were truly impressed by how much of Tokyo we were able to explore and enjoy in a single day, all included in the price and with zero stress. Highest recommendation!!!

Fun and fascinating!
The Hato tour brought Tokyo and Japan history into clear view for us in a fun way as our guide explained in clear English what we saw and visited: castles; moats; parks; monuments; temples; and the spectacular views from the Tokyo tower. We were given plenty of time at the major sights to explore , shop or snack, and/or photograph.

Fantastic Full Day Tour
