Important Guidelines

Expo ID Registration

• All attendees must register an Expo ID before the event.

• Each ticket requires an individual Expo ID registration, but multiple tickets can be linked to one Expo ID.

• When registering, you will need to provide your place of residence.

• Register your Expo ID on the official website.

Admission Rules for Children

• Free Entry: Kids aged 3 and under (born after April 2, 2021) get in for free.

• Child tickets are needed for kids aged 4 and older or born before April 1, 2021.

• Each booking allows up to three free tickets for children under 4.

How to Use Your Expo ID and Tickets

1. Create Your Expo ID: Visit the official Expo website and register your Expo ID. Each ticket requires its own Expo ID registration.

2. Link Your Ticket ID: Add your ticket by entering the unique 10-digit alphanumeric code from your electronic voucher into your Expo ID. For detailed instructions on ticket registration, visit: Expo Ticket Registration Guide.

3. Reserve Your Visit: Log in to the Expo website to book your preferred visit date and time.

Note: These steps are essential to gain access to the venue and book pavilion reservations. Use your Expo ID for lottery entries and pavilion bookings, and ensure you present the generated QR code for entry on your reserved date.

Pavilion and Event Reservations

• Reservations open three months before your visit.

• Options include:

• Two Lottery Entries: Apply to visit up to five pavilions per lottery.

• Same-Day Bookings: Reserve pavilion access on the day of your visit if available.

• Lottery results are announced two months or seven days before your visit.

• Reservations can be updated up to three times.

Additional Details About Lottery and Reservations

First Lottery:

• Apply between three to two months before your visit.

• Results are announced two months before the event.

• Apply for up to five pavilions.

Second Lottery:

• Apply between one month to eight days before your visit.

• Results are announced at least seven days before the event.

• Apply for up to five pavilions.

First-Come, First-Served Reservations:

• Reserve slots three days to one day before your visit.

• On the day of the visit, book up to one pavilion and additional slots if available.

What to Bring

• A printed or digital QR code for entry.

• A valid ID that matches your ticket details.

• Essentials like comfortable attire, sunscreen, and a power bank.
