We rated our experience with Joe, a five out of five. He was exceptional and providing not only welcoming environment, but a total masters degree of education in sake pairing with wagyu and other delicious Japanese fair. He was very interesting and engaging and became like a member of the family during the course of the meal. I highly recommend coming under Joe’s tutelage, which includes a total experience in sake and pairing of food. Don’t hesitate to make a reservation, because you’ll take home an experience that will be one of the highlights of your Japanese trip. Period.
