Cutting different fish and different cutting angles, also making my own bowl.
A literal taste of Japanese culture
A really interesting experience! An original and different way to learn something new about Japanese culture from the inside, in a much easier and more fun way than simply visiting a museum. The guys then really nice and prepared. Highly recommended!
