Great workshop
It was an excellent class. We enjojed it very much! Apsolutly recomend to evryone who is interested in cooking and making sashimi and learn how to cut fish!!!!
Japanese knife and tuna bowl
Really interesting learning experience! It’s the traditional way of cutting fish the proper way and using a single edge Japanese knife as well as sharpening it.
We were taught by a master sushi chef who demonstrated how to do it. It was a unique and wonderful experience, better than we expected! I recommend for any visitor to do it, you will learn so much about Japanese knife making, using and sharpening as well as making your own tuna rice bowl!!
