We had a 3 weeks tour to Japan organized by "Trip To Japan". It was really a pleasure dealing with this company.
Every thing we asked for was catered for. All the suggestions for what to do on the trip and where to go were brilliant. The itinerary was put on our cell phone and was easy to follow. Location of hotels were fantastic (very important in Japan). This company knows Japan very well, very reasonably priced and they really know how to make your trip very enjoyable and hassle free.

All bookings (hotels + day trip) done by trip to Japan went very smooth . The app was very useful as it had detail itinerary including hotel , booking details , vouchers and navigation details. They were also very responsive on WhatsApp.

With the ‘Trip to Japan’ combination I was the most delightfully satisfied that I had ever been:
1- As the pre-planning progressed, they were quick to understand and respond to my change requests.
2- I like to be flexible when traveling, and their immediate response to in-trip itinerary changes resulted in refunds when requested within the allotted time.
3- The absolute best and most important thing was that they were always instantaneously there for me via WhatsApp. I cannot stress this last one enough.

Trip To Japan was perfect! They worked with me and my wife to construct that absolutely best itinerary, excellent hotels, great restaurant suggestions, etc. But most important, they were there on the ground, in real time, whenever we needed help with train schedules, or complicated reservations.
