Great Japanese cooking class in Kanazawa!
We had a great time learning to cook and our instructor, Seiji, is very entertaining, especially watching the translation program mess up every now and then, which he'll shake his head and say "I didn't say that!". He's very friendly and knowledgeable and his wife is there assisting too.
It's a great class and would highly recommend it.
An Amazing Cooking Experience
We loved our 2.5 hour experience. The food we created (with guidance) was amazing. Great for a group or as individual. Chef and his wife took over the business from his father. There were lots of great stories. He had a large screen that all could see to help with language translations.
