Meet us at the "washoku dojo" located on the 2nd floor of Nakada Cooking School in the heart of Kanazawa. Here, you'll step into the world of a sushi chef, donning the traditional costume and capturing this memorable moment with a photo.

Culinary Journey Begins

Mastering Dashimaki Tamago

Learn the art of making dashimaki tamago, a Japanese omelet, using a recipe from a Michelin-starred restaurant. This dish is a cornerstone of Japanese cuisine, offering a taste of tradition and excellence.

Exploring Kanazawa's Jibuni

After savoring the meal you've prepared, the experience concludes, allowing participants to depart individually. Please note that the sushi, being made with raw fish, is not available for takeaway.
