Great cooking experience
Jasmine was a delightful host as she showed us how to make miso soup, eggplant with sweet soy sauce, sushi rolls with three different types of fish, and egg rolls (tamago). We washed everything down with sake and green tea. Could not have asked for a better Japanese cooking experience.

This was such an awesome class! We learned so much not only about how to make sushi but also have to shop for ingredients! Highly recommend this tour!
