Great fun introduction to Japanese cooking techniques.
We had a great time cooking with Alice. Though it was only four hours, we learned some basic Japanese cooking techniques which can easily be expanded and adapted to broaden our Japanese cuisine. Alice also provided useful background information which helped me understand the objectives of Japanese cuisine, like the different colours.
Alice is great!
Alice was a great host. I enjoyed the experience and the fun conversations that we had while cooking and eating. She spent some years studying in the US, so she's fluent in English and there's nothing lost in translation.
