Fun experience and knowledge to take with you home! Amazing staff and a very nice local. The chef is Japanese who is very skilled, fun to see him do very difficult tasks and then try simple stuff on your own haha! They have a good website with more courses as well, easy to apply!

Amazing staff, they answer every question and tell you about the art of Japanese knife making. A must do to understand how knives play a big part in Japanese food culture and you can enjoy a big tuna bowl that you make yourself after!
