Visit Details: Arrive on the scheduled ticket date and time. While there's no set time limit for your stay, be prepared to queue at the entrance.
Age & Accessibility: Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Wheelchair users are offered an alternative route, and on-site wheelchairs are available (limited numbers and no special attachments).
Entry Conditions: No re-entry is allowed post initial entry. Refunds are not provided after entering the venue.
Attire & Personal Items: Visitors will be barefoot. Some areas have water up to knee-level, so dressing kids in water-resistant clothing or bringing spare clothes is advisable. Mirrored floors are present; be mindful of your clothing choice.
