• teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM: Located in Toyosu at 6-1-16, Koto-ku. Accessible by train:

• A short walk from Shin-Toyosu Station

• A leisurely stroll from Toyosu Station or Shijoumae Station & Toyosu Market

Quick Guidelines:

• Age-based Pricing: Primary kids at 12 and high-schoolers at 18 enjoy specific rates.

• Little explorers under 6 can experience Tokyo Skytree at no cost! For teamLab, kids under 3 enter free. However, those aged 4-6 need a separate ticket for teamLab, available onsite.

Booking Nuances:

• Ensure timely arrival at Tokyo Skytree as per your slot. No prior reservations are needed for teamLab – just swing by during operational hours. Keep tabs on teamLab’s timings, especially since the door closes an hour before the final curtain.

• Hold onto a valid voucher for the day's journey.

• Heads up! Your ticket is tailor-made for the Toyosu-based teamLab Planets and isn't compatible with other venues. Ensure you're at the right place.

• Separate QR Code Vouchers for Tokyo Skytree & teamLab Planets.

• Flaunt your student ID if you’re brandishing a “Youth ticket” at teamLab Planets.

Important Notes:

• Child Policy: The usual rate is applicable for kids aged 12 in primary school and 18-year-old high schoolers. Tokyo Skytree welcomes under 6s for free, while the teamLab venue does the same for those below 3. However, for kids aged 4-6, a separate ticket is needed for teamLab Planets, available on-site.

• Entry Time: Be punctual! Ensure your entrance to Tokyo Skytree is at the pre-decided time during booking. No reservations are needed for teamLab, just visit during working hours. But keep an eye on their schedule, especially since the last admittance is 60 minutes prior to closing.

Key Information for Visitors

• Visit Details: Arrive on the scheduled ticket date and time. While there's no set time limit for your stay, be prepared to queue at the entrance.

• Age & Accessibility: Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Wheelchair users are offered an alternative route, and on-site wheelchairs are available (limited numbers and no special attachments).

• Entry Conditions: No re-entry is allowed post initial entry. Refunds are not provided after entering the venue.

Venue Experience:

• Attire & Personal Items: Visitors will be barefoot. Some areas have water up to knee-level, so dressing kids in water-resistant clothing or bringing spare clothes is advisable. Mirrored floors are present; be mindful of your clothing choice.

• Safety & Experience: The venue has areas of both intense and low lighting. If with children, always ensure they're close by. Staff may prompt you to move during peak times.

General Notes & Restrictions:

• Safety & Liability: The venue isn't responsible for personal losses. Photography by the venue staff might take place; let them know if you're uncomfortable.

• Certain health conditions may be triggered by the venue's settings. If you have a history of light-induced health concerns or fears of specific spaces, proceed with caution.

• Access Restrictions: Inappropriate behavior, intoxication, consuming inside the venue, carrying prohibited items, trying to re-enter, or attempting commercial photography will lead to denied access. Animals, including service dogs, are not permitted.
