We had such fun with Nat, learning sushi history and etiquette, and how to make four different types of sushi. The program is varied, well-designed and everything was well-organised. I loved the ‘Pop Quiz’ at the beginning and the little history lesson; which dispelled some misconceptions that I had held about sushi. I learned a lot. I particularly liked that food hygiene was paramount.
