The Outlets Hiroshima

The Outlets Hiroshima is one of the largest outlet shopping complexes in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions of western Japan, featuring approximately 200 stores spread across multiple floors. The facility combines traditional outlet shopping with a comprehensive entertainment and dining experience, distinguishing it from conventional outlet malls. It opened as a modern commercial destination designed to serve both local residents and tourists visiting the Hiroshima area.

The complex operates on a two-floor system with distinct shopping experiences on each level. The second floor houses the main outlet section with around 120 factory outlet stores, featuring both international and Japanese fashion brands including Polo Ralph Lauren, Adidas, Nike, Puma, Furla, and numerous domestic labels. The first floor contains an Aeon Mall with additional retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment facilities. The basement level features a large food court with approximately 1,000 seats, offering regional Setouchi cuisine alongside national and international dining options.

Beyond shopping, The Outlets Hiroshima provides substantial entertainment amenities including an ice skating rink, bowling alley, movie theater, video game arcades, and various entertainment zones suitable for families. The facility also includes a tax refund center for international visitors making purchases over 5,000 yen on a single receipt, with both in-store and centralized refund options available.

The complex is located 2 kilometers from Itsukaichi Interchange on the Sanyo Expressway. Direct bus service operates from JR Nishi-Hiroshima Station with a journey time of approximately 25 minutes for 280 yen. From JR Hiroshima Station (Sheraton-mae platform 27), buses run on weekends and holidays only, taking about 40 minutes for 600 yen. Buses also depart from Hiroshima Bus Center taking approximately 45 minutes for 420 yen.
