【期待を大きく超える、高知が誇る珠玉の記念館】
「記念館」と聞くと少し堅苦しいイメージを抱きがちですが、ここは全く違います！高知県の本気を感じさせる、非常に見応えのある素晴らしい施設でした。
歴史にあまり詳しくない方でも全く心配いりません。展示内容が非常に分かりやすく、魅力的に構成されているため、見終わる頃にはすっかり坂本龍馬のファンになってしまうはずです。
特に感動したのは、屋上テラスから眺める桂浜の景色です。龍馬がこの海を見つめ、ここから大海原へ向けて船出したのだと思うと、何とも言えない感慨深さがありました。
休日に行きましたが、駐車場も広々としていて混雑も感じず、ゆったりと過ごせました。高知観光の際には絶対に立ち寄ってほしい、自信を持っておすすめできるスポットです！
I usually find museum visits a bit hit-or-miss, but this place is in a league of its own. You can truly feel the dedication and effort that Kochi Prefecture put into creating this space.
Even if you aren't a history buff, you have nothing to worry about. The exhibits are laid out so clearly and engagingly that you’ll walk away as a big fan of Sakamoto Ryoma.
The highlight for me was the rooftop terrace. Looking out over the iconic Katsurahama Beach and realizing that this is where Ryoma once stood before setting sail into the vast ocean was a deeply moving experience.
I visited on a weekend, and the parking lot was spacious and stress-free. This is an absolute must-visit spot in Kochi—I cannot recommend it highly enough!
