Experiencing the Sogetsu School of Flower in Yokohama

Join us for a hands-on experience of traditional Japanese flower arrangement with the Sogetsu School in Yokohama. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to arrange seasonal flowers in a beautiful and artistic way. No prior experience is needed, and you’ll be guided step by step to create your own floral piece, which you can take home. We’ll also show you how to care for your arrangement so it stays fresh longer.

This activity offers more than just learning a craft—it helps you understand the spirit and culture behind Japanese arts. While arranging flowers, you’ll also be introduced to Japanese manners and values in a calm and focused setting. The workshop takes place in Yokohama, a vibrant city with attractions like the Cup Noodle Museum and Red Brick Warehouse, making it a great cultural stop during your visit.
