No prior cooking experience is required. The workshop is designed for beginners, and your English-speaking instructor will guide you step by step through the sushi-making process. You’ll learn the basics of rolling sushi and assembling your own plate in a relaxed, fun setting.
You’ll create a variety of hand-rolled sushi using fresh ingredients such as raw tuna, salmon, mackerel, shrimp, Japanese omelet, tuna mayonnaise, and cucumber. The exact ingredients may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability.
Yes, guests can purchase bottles of their favorite sake after the session. Please note that these purchases are not included in the tour price.
There is no dress code, but it’s best to wear comfortable clothing and avoid long sleeves or accessories that might get in the way while rolling sushi.
Yes, children are welcome to participate. However, only guests aged 20 and above will take part in the sake tasting. Younger participants will receive soft drinks and dessert instead.

We loved the expérience. Super original concept store!
They taught us how to make handroll sushi from scratch, answered all our question and explained everything perfectly. The staff is sooo nice and the customer service is impecable. They give you a platter with différent types of fish and you can prepare a wasabi bowl. The food is enough for it to be a complete meal.
Apart from that, the concept of the store is amazing! They give you some coins with which you can get more de 30 différent types of sake, more or less like vending machines…truly original!
We loved it and would 100% recommend coming here.
