Shirokuma Ice Making Experience in Senganen Kagoshima

Take part in a hands-on Shirokuma ice-making workshop at the scenic Senganen Garden in Kagoshima. Shirokuma, which means “polar bear,” is a famous local dessert made with finely shaved ice, creamy milk syrup, fruits, and sweet red beans. In this fun experience, you’ll get to design and decorate your own version of this cute and tasty treat.

The activity takes about 90 minutes and includes entry to Senganen Garden. You can join anytime between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM—just let us know your preferred time. It’s open to guests aged 6 and older, making it a great choice for families or anyone looking to enjoy a sweet and creative moment in a beautiful setting.
