Kaiseizan Jingu Shrine was a peaceful and beautiful place to visit. Surrounded by tall trees and a tranquil atmosphere, it offered a quiet escape from the city’s bustle. We enjoyed walking through the shrine grounds, appreciating the traditional architecture, and taking in the calm surroundings. It was a relaxing stop that added a meaningful cultural experience to our trip.
A peaceful shrine located right opposite the park. It was very calm during my visit. There are plenty of food stalls around, though only a few were actually open at the time—I’m not quite sure why. Still, it’s a lovely shrine surrounded by trees with a wonderful atmosphere. It really made me feel like I was at a festival.
Kaiseizan-shurine is the largest shrine in this area, which is next to the Kaiseizan park. The park is well known for its cherry blossom beauty, and in spring, there are lots of people and festival vendors in this area.
Nice small temple in the heart of the city. Lucky us that the Sakura inside is still blooming 😊😊
A very clean and sacred place very near to Kaiseizan Park. This is a famous place in Koriyama.
