Join us for a hands-on experience where you'll learn to make traditional Japanese sweets known as wagashi. These sweets are not only beautiful and delicate but also low in sugar, vegetarian-friendly, and surprisingly healthy. In a clean, modern facility near Shiba Park, our instructors will guide you step by step in crafting both seasonal and original versions of nerikiri, a soft and colorful sweet made from white bean paste.

After creating your sweets, sit back and enjoy a relaxing tea tasting. You’ll sample three premium types of Japanese tea—Sencha, Gyokuro, and Hojicha—personally selected by an award-winning tea expert. As you sip, you’ll also learn about the deep traditions behind Japanese tea and sweets, making this experience both fun and cultural.
