Wagashi are traditional Japanese sweets often enjoyed with tea. Nerikiri is a type of wagashi made mainly from white bean paste and shaped into seasonal designs inspired by nature.

You will make two types of nerikiri Japanese sweets. You’ll first learn the techniques from the instructor, then create your own original design.

The sweets are made using white bean paste and other plant-based ingredients, so they are vegetarian-friendly. If you have specific allergies or dietary needs, please mention them in the booking form. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee changes without advance notice.

Yes. The workshop is beginner friendly and includes step-by-step guidance from an instructor.
