The Super Mario attraction was the best. I recommend it because it looks good on social media, as if you really got lost in the game world.

The Super Nintendo World area was the highlight for me since Nintendo itself is from Japan! But at the same time, if you're feeling exhausted from the night from partying and wanted to go late and avoid the horse race to SNW during opening time or even lining up early in the morning to get to SNW for free, the Express Pass was a great timesaver for me. I was able to lineup at each of the attractions I chose at the allotted times give or take 15 minutes. The Mario Kart ride line was extremely long even with an Express Pass, almost missing my allotted timeslot for the next ride (including its grace period), so that should be something to watch out for, especially the three that are in the SNW. Mine Cart Madness was such a fun experience, and Mario Kart was the absolute highlight for me. Go ahead, book early, you won't regret it!
