Meet your guide at the Kitsunezo fox statue in front of JR Inari Station. Look for the guide wearing the Japan Tour Adventure (JTA) uniform. Please arrive a little early to make sure you start on time.
Start your day at Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its long paths of bright red torii gates. Walk through the peaceful gates, enjoy the views, and take amazing photos. Your guide will share interesting facts about this special place.
Take a relaxing walk through the beautiful Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. The tall green bamboo creates a quiet and magical atmosphere. It’s a great place to enjoy nature and take photos.
Visit Tenryuji Temple, a famous Zen temple with a lovely Japanese garden. Walk through the peaceful gardens, enjoy the ponds, and admire the temple’s beautiful design.
Take a short uphill walk to Monkey Park, where you can see wild Japanese monkeys up close. At the top, enjoy a great view of Kyoto and even feed the monkeys. The walk is a bit steep but worth it.
End your tour at Kinkakuji, the famous Golden Pavilion. The gold-covered temple reflects beautifully in the water, creating a stunning view. Walk around and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
After visiting the Golden Temple, your guide will help you with directions to get back to your hotel or suggest more places to explore.
