The chef was knowledgeable and entertaining! The ingredients were prime, the equipment was top notch, and the facilities were great! We were treated like VIP guests. I highly recommend this once in a lifetime cooking experience in Japan!

Amazing event. Seigi and his wife are great hosts and amazing chef. I admired his attitude and ability to use AI. The translation was just enough to enjoy the moment. I highly recommend if you are in Kanazawa.
