Amazing experience and the most friendly and kind staff!!!!!!
This was such an AMAZING experience!!! Not only was making the chopsticks fun, the staff members were the BEST!!!!!! Yuuichiro greeted us and got us started. He was so kind! The main person who worked with us was Kei and he was AWESOME! So friendly, helpful, funny, and kind. Kaana also came by to instruct us on a few things and she had such bright and sweet energy. Lastly, Yang helped us check out by packaging our chopstick holders for us. As a first time visitor to Tokyo, I can honestly say this experience will be the highlight of my trip because the staff was so friendly and welcoming and engaging.

We had an excellent time making chopsticks! The class was fun and informative, the guide spoke English, and I was able to get a reservation day of. It was my husband, 13 year old son, and me and we each enjoyed it very much! The admission fee was less than $5usd and included everything from apron to chopstick wood to oiling and packaging. However you could upsell and buy nicer wood and do engravings on your chopstick, which we did do and it did add to our length of visit (we were there about an hour total). Easy to find and great atmosphere, and even though it was busy it didn’t feel overly crowded and I never felt forgotten or ignored.
