The 500 step hike up Mount Futaba starts with Toshogu temple, with stops at shrines along the way up, at the top you have panoramic city views from the Futabayama Peace Pagoda. On our decent, Naomi led me through a forest bath - which was an amazing way to connect back with nature and get grounded. This was followed by a mountaintop tea ceremony with more spectacular views of the city below,
