They have a QR reservation system outside the lifts and the wait time probably averages about 90 mins. Recommend to go there early to reserve and walk around until your turn.
Pancakes are nice and fluffy! Ordered one berry and one tiramisu. Service was fairly quick and would be great to have at least once, they have a few other stores which is good too. Thanks for the lunch team!

I went on a tuesday and arrived about at 10:00am (30min before it opens). I’m glad I arrived earlier because I wasn’t aware and no one tells you it’s an online line so we signed up and there were already 5 tables upon us. Around at 10:35am we received an email indicating our table was ready. It’s inside a building and located on the seventh floor. We ordered by the QR code and considering the popularity of this restaurant, it was pretty quick (keep in mind we arrived earlier). The food was pretty good.
When we left we noticed a long line of people (15?) outside the restaurant.
OMG the pancake are so good! So soft that the next thing I know it’s gone! Literally melts my cheeks!
The service is amazing and the system is actually nice! Before entering the building you scan the QR code and you digitally queue yourself so while you wait you can go shop somewhere nearby!
Now it is in a very confined space so it does definite crowded, but otherwise great experience!
I went to A Happy Pancake in Ginza and overall it was a decent experience, but I don’t think it’s worth a long wait.
When you arrive, you have to scan a QR code to get on the waitlist. The restaurant is on the 7th floor, and once you’re in the queue, they send you an email where you can track your place. When your table is ready, you usually have about 15 minutes to get back. We ended up waiting about 90 minutes and just shopped nearby until our spot came up.
The soufflé pancakes were good, but I did notice a slightly eggy flavor. There are a couple options. Some more savory and some sweeter, so you can pick depending on what you’re in the mood for.
Overall, it’s a solid spot to try once, but I wouldn’t personally wait that long again for it.
The amount of lengths people are willing to go to for these pancakes is crazy. I've heard of three-hour wait times just for these.
Thankfully, I went on the website right as it opened for seats, and was able to be the second person in line. I got a table right when they opened at 10 AM.
My order was the classic souffle pancakes - which came in 3, with honey butter and syrup
They were certainly different than other pancakes I've had. These were super, super light in the middle. They almost tasted like nothing once you got past the first layer - basically just air. There was a very egg-y flavor, but outside of that, it didn't feel like you were eating much. The honey butter and syrup helped somewhat with this, but something about it just didn't feel very satisfying. It also felt a tad bit dry in the middle
I was initially worried the portion was too big, but on the bright side that turned out to not be a problem, as these were really easy to eat. The price being just over 1000 yen is cool because they definitely could've raised their prices with the amount of tourists coming
The caramel syrup tasted a little strong tbh.
Overall, it's solid pancakes, but certainly not worth the wait. 7.5/10
