There are two ways to get there from Kansai Airport: take a regular train or take the Rapit train. If you book the Rapit in Korea before going, you can use it a bit more cheaply, and you can get to Namba Station very comfortably.
2. Glico Sign Dotonbori

If you’re visiting Osaka, this is a place you absolutely have to stop by! Since it’s one of Osaka’s iconic spots, it’s great to visit first while walking along Dotonbori Street!
3. ICHIRAN Dotonbori -South Building-

I like Ichiran ramen, and the reason is that you can enjoy spicy ramen! If you set the spiciness to around 7-8, you can enjoy it spicier than Shin Ramyun, but not as spicy as Buldak!

I think this might be the most beautiful observatory for night views in Osaka. Please make sure to go with about 30 minutes to 1 hour to spare before sunset and enjoy it! From the sun going down to the night view, it’s soooo beautiful!!

I’ve been to Osaka many times, but this place felt the most foreign. It’s a place where you’ll be overwhelmed by the Japanese atmosphere. There are izakayas nearby that are great for having a beer or highball, so I recommend going after visiting the Harukas Observatory!

7. Takoyaki Wanaka Sennichimae

This is a takoyaki place known as Yano Shihho’s favorite restaurant. It was really moist and delicious! It comes out hot right away, so you have to be careful when eating it!!
8. Don Quijote Namba Sennichimae

You have to go to Don Quijote, right? Among the places I’ve been, this one was the easiest to find things at and had fewer people, which I liked! The main Dotonbori branch takes a really long time at checkout, so I recommend visiting here! If it’s hard to walk around carrying your luggage, you can also stop by before going to your accommodation!

This is a general shopping mall. The building is very pretty, and it’s nice for a walk too. Since the brands here are ones Koreans don’t know well, it was actually fun to look around!!
11. Sushi Namba-Naka Authentic Restaurant

If you want to go for proper sushi omakase, I recommend this place! There are courses from 6,000 yen to 13200 yen per person, and in addition to the courses, they also sell à la carte items. The tuna sushi was really delicious, and the variety of sushi in the course was amazing too—it was really the best!
12. Tombori River Cruise (Tazaemon Bridge Pier)

If you visited during the day to see Glico Man, visit at night to take a cruise! Seeing the main Dotonbori city by cruise felt really good. The people on the bridge waving every time a cruise passes by is also a killer point!

There is a café street at Nakazakicho Station. It’s a place with lots of quaint cafés that make you think of a Ghibli village. It’s also close to Umeda Station, so it’s great to stop by after shopping nearby.
16. Kuchu Teien Observatory

Umeda Sky Building’s Floating Garden Observatory has a different feel from Harukas, and it’s great as an observatory. It has an open-air observatory, so it feels wide open, and I highly recommend going during the day!

You can see Japan’s history through Osaka Castle, the symbol of Osaka. The majestic castle and beautiful park scenery came together, making it so nice for a walk too!
18. Charcoal-Grilled Yakiniku kyorochan Morinomiya ten

This is a yakiniku restaurant near Osaka Castle that locals often go to. The yakiniku here is so delicious, and the horumon is also super tasty, so I definitely recommend ordering both together!!!
