With the ‘Trip to Japan’ combination I was the most delightfully satisfied that I had ever been: 1- As the pre-planning progressed, they were quick to understand and respond to my change requests. 2- I like to be flexible when traveling, and their immediate response to in-trip itinerary changes resulted in refunds when requested within the allotted time. 3- The absolute best and most important thing was that they were always instantaneously there for me via WhatsApp. I cannot stress this last one enough.

We spent a month in Japan last year, and Trip to Japan made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable. We were traveling as a family with our two girls, who were 3 and 7 at the time, and even though the agency hadn’t planned trips with kids before, they handled everything perfectly.
