Japan Travel Creator Program | Build Itineraries & Earn Travel Commissions

You will create a personal Japan travel itinerary through the Trip To Japan Trip Builder. It must be based on your own experiences, knowledge, and existing content, be a minimum of seven (7) days in duration, and be realistic and achievable for your target audience. You will set it to "Private" and submit it to our team for review prior to publication.

You are required to publish a minimum of one (1) post or reel across your social media platform(s) promoting your itinerary. Additionally, your unique affiliate link must be placed in the bio of your social media profile(s) for a minimum of six (6) months. Tip: Where you utilize an automated direct message feature like ManyChat, you are encouraged to configure this to deliver the itinerary link to engaged followers!

Yes. All content must comply with the advertising disclosure requirements of the relevant platform(s) and applicable law (e.g., FTC guidelines, UK ASA rules), including the use of clear paid partnership or sponsored content labels. Content must not be defamatory or misleading, and must incorporate the required tracking tags, handles, and hashtags we communicate to you.

Once submitted, your itinerary will be reviewed by our team. We may provide one (1) round of feedback requesting reasonable revisions. You will then have three (3) working days to implement the requested changes and reshare the revised itinerary for approval.

Earnings depend on sale conversions, so the more you promote your trip to your audience, the higher you'll earn! Affiliate commissions are paid on a scheduled basis (e.g., monthly or quarterly), within thirty (30) days of the close of each period. If a flat fee is agreed upon, it is payable within thirty (30) days of us receiving a valid invoice after your itinerary has been posted. Payment methods, such as bank transfers, and exact timing may be subject to change.

Yes. You act as an independent contractor, and each party is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and levies applicable to payments received.

You retain full ownership of the underlying copyright in all original materials you produce, including your original photographs, videos, and written content. However, the itinerary listing, trip structure, and any compilation of content created using the TripToJapan Trip Builder constitute part of our platform and are owned exclusively by Trip To Japan.
