Sorisso is a cooking studio in Tokyo's Ebisu neighborhood, part of Shibuya ward, and the whole gyoza class happens here. You knead and roll the wrappers at the long work counter, prepare the pork and vegetable filling, fold and pan-fry your dumplings, and then sit down at the studio's dining table to eat them.
