Jodogahama Marine House is a visitor facility located at Jodogahama Beach in Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture, on Japan's northeastern Pacific coast. The facility serves as the main access point and service center for Jodogahama, one of the Sanriku Coast's most renowned scenic spots within Rikuchu Kaigan National Park, designated in 1955. The Marine House was established to support tourism infrastructure in this geologically significant coastal area, which features distinctive white volcanic rock formations contrasting with blue waters and green pine trees.

Jodogahama, meaning "Pure Land Beach," takes its name from a 17th-century Buddhist monk who compared the landscape to the Buddhist paradise. The area showcases remarkable coastal geology formed by ancient volcanic activity, with sharp white rhyolite cliffs and rock pillars rising from the sea. The site holds cultural importance as part of the greater Sanriku Coast recovery following the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, with the Marine House playing a role in the region's tourism restoration.

The Marine House provides essential services including restrooms, changing facilities, and shower rooms for beachgoers. Visitors can rent equipment for swimming and marine activities during the summer season. The facility operates a restaurant serving local seafood and regional specialties including Miyako's famous salmon and sea urchin. A shop sells souvenirs, local products, and light refreshments. The Marine House serves as the departure point for sightseeing boats that offer 40-minute coastal cruises around Jodogahama's rock formations and sea caves, priced at approximately 1,400 yen for adults. Glass-bottom boat tours provide underwater views of the marine environment.

Access Jodogahama Marine House from Miyako Station on the JR Yamada Line by taking a local bus toward Jodogahama, requiring approximately 20 minutes. From Tokyo, reach Miyako via the Tohoku Shinkansen to Morioka Station (about 2.5 hours), then transfer to the JR Yamada Line for roughly 2 hours. Parking is available near the Marine House with fees of 500 yen per day. Admission to Jodogahama Beach itself is free, though charges apply for boat tours, equipment rentals, and facility services.
