한국 설악산의 한계령길과 유사한 꼬불꼬불길을 한시간 남짓 올라가면 산 꼭대기에 파도치는 큰 호수의 물 줄기가 흘러내리는 폭포를 볼 수 있다. 거의 100m의 높이에서 떨어지는 폭포는 어디서나 쉽게 볼 수 있는 장관은 아니다. 엘리베이터를 타고 내려가서 보면 폭포수의 절경을 만끽할 수 있다. 걷는 수고를 하지 않고도 자연을 볼 수 있는 것은 감사 할 일이다. 주차장이나 버스 종점에서 5분거리. 식당과 기념품점을 지나 엘리베이터를 타고, 내려갔다 올라오면 총 30분이면 가능하다. 단, 대기줄이 없다는 전제로... 기다림은 지루하다!!!
