Yes. Tomioka Silk Mill, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is 15 kilometers southeast. Myogisan Nakano-dake Shrine, over 1,500 years old, is located on the mountain. The hot spring town of Matsuida is nearby for post-visit relaxation.
